The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role
As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role within the Real Estate division, working on some of the most exciting and complex projects across various sectors, including Health, Developer, Higher Education, Residential, Data Centres, and Commercial, with project values reaching up to £300m.
You'll collaborate closely with the Directors and have the opportunity to lead a team, positioning yourself to influence both the current and future success of the company. With a hybrid working environment (2-3 days a week in the office), you'll enjoy flexibility and autonomy in managing projects while contributing to the growth and success of this prestigious consultancy.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be hands-on, driving projects from cradle to grave as well as working within dynamic teams on a number of exciting schemes circa £100m - £300m. You will also have:
MRICS ideally or currently working towards
A RICS accredited degree qualification
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
Strong pre and post contract knowledge
Previous experience managing junior team members
Excellent communication skills and client facing
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completionIn Return?
The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:
£80,000 - £95,000
