We have a new opportunity for a Build Technician/Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a market-leading organisation where you will be a part of small friendly and busy team.
Job role:
* Experience in the assembly of electro-mechanical assemblies and components
* Soldering, crimping, wiring , and cable assembly
* Assist production with manufacture and test of products
* Carry out calibration and quality control checks as required
* Produce parts lists for assemblies
* Ensure that all designs conform to the relevant standards
* Use word processing and spreadsheet packages to produce assembly documentation
* Calculate assembly methods and times, produce jigs and tooling to aid assembly work with other areas as required
* Under supervision work on development of the company products
Experience and skills required:
* Previous experience within a manufacturing/production environment
* Electro-mechanical product assembly is essential
* Soldering, wiring and cabling experience is essential
* Calibration
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work in a small team
* Flexible attitude towards work
* Own Transport
