Are you a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Our partner SEMH School in Sunderland is seeking an enthusiastic SEMH Teaching Assistant to join there team. Key Responsibilities:

Support students with SEMH needs in a Secondary school setting, assisting with their academic, emotional, and social development.
Work closely with the class teacher to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support plans.
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being through therapeutic and holistic approaches.Benefits:

Previous experience working with children with SEMH needs is highly desirable.
