Store Person/Driver – Aberdeen.
£12.65 per hour dependent on experience
Full time – 42.5 hours. Benefits include, staff purchase discount, and company pension contributions.
Are you an Experienced Store Person with a full driving licence, looking for a New Exciting Role? Do you have experience with general store activities, driving and delivery?
Our client is looking for a motivated & enthusiastic individual who will be part of an integrated multidisciplinary team. This role incorporates moving and handling of equipment.
Our client is the largest tyre wholesaler in the North of Scotland, as well as the wholesale arm they also have Retail depots in Aberdeen & Dundee. Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Store Person/Driver:
* Maintaining stock levels and replenishment
* Daily stock take
* Liaise with clients daily
* Offload deliveries
* Receiving goods and checking against orders.
* Inspecting goods for damage.
* Preparation of materials ready for dispatch
* Assisting in loading goods out
* Moving goods around the centre
* Delivering products as and when required
* Heavy lifting
* Maintaining clean working environment
* Complying with stringent Health & Safet
Experience, skills, and knowledge required for a Store Person/Driver:
* A minimum of 1 year’s store experience and 2 year’s driving experience
* Working experience of similar job role
* Must have good communication skills
* Must have proven organisational skills
* Must have general computer skills
