A well-established lettings and property management agency is seeking an energetic and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic team in North London. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of industry experience within a reputable agency, a strong understanding of the London property market, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Role – Key Responsibilities

* Client Management: Provide an outstanding customer experience via telephone, social media, property portals, and in-person interactions.

* Inbound Enquiries: Respond to leads from Rightmove, Zoopla, On The Market, and social media, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

* Viewings & Applicant Qualification: Arrange and conduct property viewings, qualify potential tenants/buyers, and provide insightful feedback to landlords.

* Business Development:

* Conduct letting valuations and market appraisals, securing new instructions.Canvass existing landlords and proactively seek out new business opportunities.

* Utilize prospecting applications such as Homesearch to generate leads.

* Social Media & Marketing:Maintain and update property listings on digital platforms.Promote properties and engage with clients through social media.

* Team Support & Leadership:

* Support the Lettings and Sales Director in expanding the agency’s lettings portfolio.

* Supervise junior staff when the Managing Director is out of the office.

Experience & Skills Required

* Industry Experience: Minimum 1 year in a lettings/estate agency (required).

* London Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the North London property market (desirable).

* Qualifications: ARLA and NAEA (advantageous, not required) – assistance with exams available.

* Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong persuasion, closing abilities, and confidence in conducting market appraisals and winning instructions.

* Communication & Presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach.

* Social Media & Tech Savvy: Comfortable using property portals, social media, and prospecting software.

* Driving License: Preferred but not essential.

Schedule & Requirements
