Clinical Home Manager – Care / Nursing Home

Position: Home Manager – RGN, RMN or RNLD

Location: Merseyside

Pay: Up to £70,000 per annum (More info below)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week available. Subject to availability.

About the Home/Company:

An amazing Home Manager opportunity has arisen in a lovely Care Home. Starting with one Care Home in the Suffolk area, they have grown rapidly to become a successful and innovative care provider, employing nearly 2,000 staff, and caring for 1,200 residents in over 30 Care Homes across the country. Responsibilities:

* Overall responsibility of the home managing all direct reports and ensuring that it operates above all statutory, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

* Driving occupancy in the home.

* Implementing policies and procedures.

* Responsible for budget management.

* Manage the recruitment and training of the team; ensuring training targets are met and team are competent in their roles.

* Manage rotas and ensure correct team member levels and skill mix within the home on a continual basis.

* Lead, support, empower and inspire direct reports to deliver outcomes for the home.

* Lead the team to ensure they are all aligned with the companies’ visions and values.

* Building Relationships and Communication with residents, relatives, and external stakeholders.

* Ensure all reporting is completed accurately and on time.

* Ensure that all regulatory and statutory requirements are met, and company policies and procedures are adhered to.

* Ensure any requirements from internal and external audits are actioned within the timescales required.

What we need:

* Registered with a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.

* Someone with a proven track record in leadership and the management of a good or outstanding rated care home.

* Someone who can motivate and promote good working ethos within the home.

* A home manager with the confidence to maintain excellent working relationships with all levels of colleagues, families, visitors, and the local community.

· You must be living in the UK with a valid passport or permit to work in the UK.

* NVQ Level 4/5 in Leadership & Management.
