The ideal D365 support consultant should have:

Navision / Business Central experience.
Knowledge within Finance.
Be able to manage service desks (you will be working alongside 2 other SC's)
Experience with ticketing.
Have confidence with escalating issues.
Experience with small enhancements, configurations, DevOps back logs.
Able to commute on site at Reading on the occasion when requested. Some of the benefits of this position include:
