Junior/Trainee Recruitment Consultant Position Overview

Engaging with clients and candidates to build strong relationships
Marketing our recruitment services via phone and email to potential clients
Managing existing client accounts and providing excellent customer service
Sourcing and matching candidates to exciting job opportunities
Reviewing applications and conducting phone interviews
Writing and advertising job roles online

Junior/Trainee Recruitment Consultant Position Requirements

Ambition, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed
Some experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, self-motivated attitude
Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A*-C), including English & Maths (A-Levels/Degree beneficial)Junior/Trainee Recruitment Consultant Position Remuneration
