Salary: £65,000 + package
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Joinery Project Manager to join our client’s operations team and oversee prestigious joinery contracts throughout the London region.
They are seeking an experienced Joinery Project Manager to lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring exceptional results and client satisfaction.
Role Overview:
As the Joinery Project Manager, you will oversee multiple joinery projects across London, ensuring that each project meets quality, schedule, and budget requirements. You will manage all project phases, from client consultations and planning through to on-site delivery and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee joinery projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet company standards and client expectations.
Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and contractors, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop project budgets, track costs, and ensure projects stay within budget.
Scheduling: Create and maintain project timelines, coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and team members to ensure timely project delivery.
Quality Control: Oversee quality checks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure work meets the required specifications and standards.
Health and Safety: Ensure all project activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Team Leadership: Manage and motivate project teams, including site managers, supervisors, and joinery teams.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in joinery, construction, or a related field, preferably in commercial or high-end residential projects.
Excellent understanding of joinery techniques, materials, and processes.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction/joinery industry.Benefits:
