Role and Responsibilities for the Senior Project Engineer:

* Develop and implement project execution strategies, including identifying work packages and conducting necessary analyses.

* Manage the daily execution of multiple projects, overseeing budgets, quality standards, and schedules.

* Inspire and lead project teams, ensuring resources are in place and communicating project requirements to the Head of Projects.

* Engage with clients, end-users, and internal technical experts to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.

* Plan and scope projects thoroughly, with a strong focus on risk management and meeting project milestones.

* Provide technical insights to support project analysis and successful delivery, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled.

* Create clear, insightful reports to keep stakeholders informed on project progress, risks, and any potential challenges.

Experience and Qualifications required for the Senior Project Engineer postion:

* Minimum of 5 years in a Senior Project Engineer or similar role, with hands-on experience in capital project delivery.

* Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or a related field (e.g., product design, industrial design).

* Proven background in manufacturing or engineering environments, with a track record of driving project success.
