One of our key long term clients who are one of the UK's leading medium size construction business's, are looking for a Project Manager in Plymouth for a long term contract role to lead a secured programme of work. The programme of works includes:
• A new spiral enclosure
• A pastry extension
• New silo bases
• New car park
• New HGV park
• Internal refurbishment works
The overall value is £4m and the programme will run for the next 10 months.
The successful candidate will have a portfolio of delivery in similar projects, have availability and also the following certifications-
CSCS, First Aid, IOSH Managing Safety (not mandatory), Temporary Works Co-ordinator, SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness
