Working as part of the Quality team within a fast paced, short shelf-life product arena, the opportunity of QC Supervisor will work with a focus on product quality across production.
  
Positively supervising a production QA team on shift, key responsibilities will incorporate;
Supporting the team to ensure quality standards are achieved and maintained
Ensure specifications are current and adhered to
Manage staff training and rotas
  
Communication is key in this position, working on a night shift with autonomy to manage product quality to ensure any issues are efficiently shared with colleagues and resolved in a timely manner.

Experience required:
Fresh Produce / Food production packing environment
Supervising a team successfully, with a positive and encouraging approach
Ability to work confidently on a night shift, making decisions and effectively managing any discrepancies to find resolution

Salary: Hourly paid
Shift: Night shift; 4-on - 4-off
