Shifts: Constant backshift 2-10 Monday-Friday

Job Description
As a Team Leader in the Lintel Department, you’ll take on a key leadership role within our production team. This Team Leader position involves overseeing all aspects of lintel production on the backshift, ensuring high standards in quality, productivity, and safety. You will lead a team of operators, coordinating daily tasks and driving continuous improvement to meet departmental targets.
The Team Leader will ensure that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities, are effectively trained, and that safety procedures are strictly followed. You’ll also handle quality checks, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in maintaining production efficiency and creating a positive work environment for your team.
Skills & Experience
To excel in the Team Leader role, you’ll need:
* Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a manufacturing or production environment.
* Strong understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues.
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is an advantage.
* Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
* FLT Licence (Desirable)
* Overhead crane experience (Desirable)
