? Your Role

Take ownership of your work across a variety of exciting residential projects, including:

* Building Surveys & Homebuyer reports

* Defect Analysis & Building Pathology

* Contract Administration

* Party Wall Awards & Licence to Alter

* Project coordination of refurbishment schemes

✔ What You’ll Need

* Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent

* Progressing with and registered for APC

* Strong residential experience (block management experience a bonus)

* Confident in liaising with clients and managing workloads
