Treasury Operations Manager

Hightown Housing Association has a rare opportunity for an experienced Treasury Operations Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate recording and management reporting of the Association's debt portfolio, ensuring that all interest and other fee payments are correctly paid on time.

Responsibilities:

Support the Head of Treasury in arranging and renegotiating loans and capital market borrowings.
Maintain accurate records of the Association’s portfolio of bank loans and capital borrowings.
Manage loan rollover notices and loan drawdown documentation.
Handle loan trade and derivative confirmations.
Process treasury invoices and interest and fee payments.
Monitor and forecast cash flow requirements.
Provide necessary treasury information for regulatory returns.
Ensure compliance with lenders’ information requirements.Requirements:

Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
Association of Corporate Treasurers qualification or actively studying for it.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Technical knowledge of treasury management.
Experience with computerised accounting systems.Benefits:
