Synergy Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a permanent Number 1 Site Manager for a Housing Project, near Bognor Regis, West Sussex.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience :-

- Previous employment with a large PLC house builder.

Minimum Qualifications required -

- SMSTS

- Black CSCS

- First Aid

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate subcontractors effectively on a daily basis

- Strong Leadership

- Be able to lead from the front

- Ensure quality control throughout the construction process.

- Excellent IT skills.

- Strong communication skills.

- Develop and manage programmes.

- Maintain a proactive approach to subcontractor management.
