Overview of the Role: The Office Administrator at Tuffa Tanks will be central to the smooth running of our office operations, providing essential administrative support to our teams. This role is crucial for ensuring that our daily office activities are efficient and that our business operations are effective.

Administrator Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

* Sales order processing

* Purchase order processing

* To assist finance with adhoc duties as and when required for example but not exhaustive to reconciliation of accounts

* Manage office supplies stock and place orders as necessary.

* Add, organise and maintain records for SAP business partners

* Organise and maintain records for Hubspot companies & contacts

* Data entry into databases and systems

Operational Coordination:

* Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.

* Manage office schedule, arrange appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

* Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, managing correspondence.

Support to Management:

* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

* Support team by performing tasks related to organisation and strong communication.

* Provide direct administrative supports as needed, including setting up conference rooms and greeting guests.

Internal Communication:

* Maintain a strong communication link between all departments within the company, ensuring that management and staff are well-informed of internal operations and business agendas.

* Organise, arrange, and coordinate meetings.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.

* Strong understanding of office management and daily operations.

* Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.

* High proficiency in MS Office

* Excellent organisational and time management skills.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.

* High level of attention to detail.

* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
