Secondary Teaching Assistant - Lincoln

Location: Lincoln

Salary: £80-£100 per day

Contract: Full-Time, Part-Time, Monday-Friday

Start Date: 23.04.2025

The role:

As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial part in the support and development of students by creating a classroom environment that allows students to be creative, independent and successful. This role will include supporting the teaching staff to deliver a broad curriculum to the students, and working with smaller groups or 1:1 when required.

Key responsibilities:

To support students in classroom settings, smaller groups or 1:1, during lunch and break times and unstructured times.
Working in conjunction with senior leadership to assist with the development of social skills and behaviour.
To monitor and keep accurate records of individual as required by the school.
To be involved in collaborative planning with teaching staff to ensure the most effective support is given.
To support in the delivery of the Key Stage 3 and 4 school curriculum.
