We are seeking an accomplished engineering team leader to join a well-established food company in the Barnsley area.

You will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a small team of engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to succeed. You will provide hands-on technical expertise, troubleshooting issues on high-speed food processing and packaging machinery ensuring all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Also responsible for coordinating the planned maintenance.

You will hold relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ 3 and above) and have a background within food manufacturing.
