Our client is a medium-sized niche business based in a village location. They are a surveying company with 30 years' experience specializing in a particular niche. Operating from very smart offices they are in easy access to the A14 and have plenty of free parking available.

This is a position that is ideal for someone who is looking to start their career in a customer care environment. The successful candidate will receive training and support to help them develop their skills and progress within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Answering telephone calls and transferring them to the appropriate person or department.
Responding to and sorting incoming emails.
Greeting visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Providing a high level of customer service to our clients and contractors Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
A good team player who is able to work with different departments within the office.

A full clean driving license and access to own transport would be necessary due to the office location being just outside FENSTANTON.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
