PROJECT ENGINEER (Electrical)

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for the development and delivery of projects and/or supporting engineering tasks to ensure all allocated works are delivered to agreed time, budget and quality standards as part of the Engineering and Operations team.

Skills and experience

- Experience within a highly technical engineering environment.
- Experience of project management techniques.
- In depth knowledge of HSE within an operational environment.
- Experience of managing contractors.
- Knowledge of public sector procurement rules.
- Experience of budget bidding tracking against agreed targets.

Qualifications
- Level 4 qualification in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
- Project management qualification (e.g. Prince2) desirable.
- Working knowledge of CDM regulations desirable
