As the Internal Sales Executive, you will be at the heart of growth. Managing a portfolio of key accounts, including distributors, OEMs, and end customers. Your technical knowledge and strong communication skills will empower you to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and play a pivotal role in expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to capture new business opportunities and maximise potential with existing clients.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, addressing product-related queries swiftly and effectively.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet client needs and ensure company objectives are met.
Conduct technical demonstrations, explaining complex product features to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Monitor sales performance, track metrics, and report on account status to senior management.
Overcome challenges and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in a sales account management role, ideally within a technical field.
Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
A passionate communicator with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in CRM Systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Possess strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
Be highly organised, with exceptional time management skills.
Excel in building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
