FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Tender / Proposals Manager based in Westhill, Aberdeenshire on a Permanent, Full Time basis.

Joining at an exciting time for our client following several key projects wins, this role will offer the successful candidate full responsibility of their tender processes from start to finish, working within the offshore renewables sector.

Main duties include:

* Delivering large scale complex tenders, with end-to-end responsibility and a keen focus on risk and opportunity management

* Single point of contact for clients, understanding key drivers / requirements, and react to changes over the tender lifecycle

* Responsible for implementation of the tender strategy to realize positive outcomes

* Oversee the full tender process, ensuring all commercial, contractual and technical elements are in accordance with requirements

* Coordinate meetings with clients during clarifications rounds, follow-up on actions and negotiations

* Ensure final agreed positions are accurately reflected in final contract drafting.

Suitable candidates should have the following:

* BSc or MSc degree either in a commercial or contractual discipline

* Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience within large scale tenders or projects in offshore renewables, or equivalent environments.

* Commercially and Contractually aware, with a specific focus on Risk Management

* A proven ability to effectively negotiate (essential)

* Positive time management skills and ability to set and meet tight deadlines

Candidates should be based locally to Aberdeen, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK
