I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Vehicle Design Bespoke Programme Lead to join their team

Job Description

As Programme Lead, your main responsibilities include:

Driving programme delivery, from concept to production
Cross- functional collaboration, across multiple teams
Ensure all activities are in-line and delivered on time
Ensure activities are based on Agile Ways of Working

Qualifications / Skills needed

Experienced at planning, monitoring and delivering, programmes and projects
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Risk, issues and impediments management skillset
Change management experience
Proven record of implementing process improvements
