Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
Permanent
37.5hrs a week
Mon-Fri 9am - 5:30pm (8:30am - 5pm Friday)
23 days annual leave per annum + bank holidays
£100 to use on staff purchases of stock each year
Responsibilities -
Supporting a team of three Sales Office Administrators
Recruiting and training. Monitoring and recording annual leave and absence
Inclusion in company, sales, and operations meetings
Ensuring month end invoicing is completed
Liaising with software company over issues, maintenance and new functions where needed / when necessary
Understanding and overseeing -
Tender contracts and 'extracurricular' customers
Overseeing customer consignment stock
Servicing of racers portfolio: acceptance to support and overseeing orders
Running regular and various ad hoc, system and excel based reports
What we require from you -
Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to work to given deadlines
Previous manager or Team leader experience is beneficial but not essential.
Excellent time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience working with a technical product or Retail background
