Position: Early Years Practitioner (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Support children’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to assess and monitor children's progress.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and carers, fostering strong communication and trust.
Uphold safeguarding procedures and promote the welfare of all children.What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification (or equivalent). Level 2 also considered.
Experience: Proven experience working within an early years setting, ideally in a school environment.
Skills: Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for early years education and child development.
