We are currently recruiting for a well respected manufacturing business in the Rugby area. The site is modern and clean and they are looking to expand their small yet efficient warehouse team.

This is a role where you will be responsible for the accuracy of inventory records onsite.

Duties will include:

Preparing and updating inventory records
Locating and counting items
Complete stock location audits
Recognise discrepancies
Troubleshooting and solution management
Working with accounts payable to assist with receiving.
Step in team leader for the warehouse team & generic warehouse duties as and when required
Operating MHE onsite - Counterbalance and Reach TruckAll you need to be considered is:

Counterbalance and Reach truck experience and proof of training essential
Experience in warehouse picking and stock control
Computer literacy - WMS, ERP and microsoft packages
Leadership experience desired
Flexible worker - ability to help out in difference departments
Proactive and able to work to your own initiative
