We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Lead Refrigeration Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of refrigeration engineers, providing technical support and guidance, troubleshooting and repairing complex refrigeration problems, installing and commissioning new fridges, and carrying out preventative maintenance.
Responsibilities
• Lead a team of refrigeration engineers
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members
• Troubleshoot and repair complex refrigeration problems
• Install and commission new fridges
• Carry out preventative maintenance
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements
• HNC/HND in Refrigeration Engineering or a related discipline
• 2+ years of experience as a refrigeration engineer
• Experience in leading a team of engineers
• Excellent technical skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Full driving license
