Business Development Manager required for our client, a leading Solar business. The Business Development Manager will have previous experience in selling Solar and will support the existing sales team.
The Business Development Manager can be based anywhere in the UK as this role is fully remote. You will benefit from a higher basic salary and great benefits as this role does not involve commission. This allows the Business development Manager to sell effectively and honestly, rather than having poor practice trying to get deals over the line for bonuses.

Business Development Manager Remuneration
* £60,000 - £80,000 DOE

Business Development Manager Duties
* Secure contacts for behind-the-meter Solar PV systems (Rooftop, ground Mounted and Car Port Canopy) with values ranging from £250k - £2million+
* Identify opportunities in commercial, industrial and public sectors
* Work with external partners, to help provide funding options for clients
* Develop new business opportunities
Business Development Manager Requirements
* Prior experience selling commercial PV systems
* Technical understanding of Solar PV and battery storage
* Able to generate leads and own new business and maintaining / expanding existing relationships
* Knowledge of dealing with blue chip / large corporate organisations
