Key Role Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries via phone & email ensuring timely and effective resolution.

* Engage with customers directly listening and understanding the customers needs, dealing with the query directly or ensuring passed to the correct department to action accordingly

* Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Skills and Experience Required:

* No qualifications required however experience in a customer service office based role (minimum 1 year).

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

* Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.

* A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Training from day one will be provided.

Temporary position working Monday - Friday 9am-5pm £12.85 per hour.
