Mechanical Project Manager

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee multiple projects across the commercial, education, and healthcare sectors. In this role, you’ll work closely with our electrical division, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure health and safety remain a top priority.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

* Lead the preparation and execution of mechanical and M&E tenders, as well as awarded contracts.

* Oversee a team of engineers and subcontractors across multiple sites, ensuring high performance.

* Handle project documentation, budgets, schedules, and overall project performance.

What We’re Looking For:

* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

* Strong mechanical or plumbing background.

* Solid understanding of commercial and contractual aspects.

* Full UK driving license.

* Willingness to undergo a full DBS check.

* Experience working in healthcare, education, hospitality, or commercial property sectors.

* Proficiency in IT systems, with experience using CRM tools (SimPRO experience is a plus).
