Job Title – Engineering Manager
Salary - £52,766 per annum
Shift – Monday to Friday
Location – Dumbarton
 
I am currently working with a nationwide Bus operator in the Dumbarton area who are now looking to expand their team with the addition of a qualified Engineering Manager.
 
Requirements for Engineering Manager:

Previous experience as a Workshop Manager is essential.
Ideally have a formal qualification to NVQ level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
Car driving licence is essential, PSV licence is desirable.
Excellent communication skills
Effective team management skills 
Engineering Manager Duties:

Run the depot.
Deliver high standards of customer service.
Oversee the day to day running of the workshop.
Assist with the training of apprentices as well as new and existing members of staff.
Oversee preventative maintenance.
Ensure Health & Safety is being always adhered to.
