Repairs Surveyor

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Repairs Surveyor to join an organisation to support the delivery of maintenance service including repairs, voids, planned and cyclical works.

Responsibilities of the Repairs Surveyor:

Carry out void inspections
Deliver a local minor adaptions service
Support the achievement of key performance targets in the region
Ensure contracts are delivered in line with current health and safety legislation
Act as primary contact for the out of hours service on a rota basis for emergency call service
Ensure contractors work is delivered in line with CDM regulations
Attend scheme meetings

Essential Experience of the Repairs Surveyor:

HNC in Construction or Building
5 years' experience within Property Maintenance
Full UK Driving Licence
Able to work flexible hours, including evening meetings and occasional overnight stays
