My client is looking for a number of skilled Multi-Trade Carpenter to join a market-leading contractor specializing in social housing. This temp-to-perm opportunity is ideal for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality workmanship.

Working primarily on occupied and void social housing properties, you will undertake a wide range of carpentry tasks and associated multi-trade duties. The role includes a fully equipped company van and fuel card, ensuring you can focus on providing excellent service.

The roles will be primarily be covering Berkshire and Hampshire

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out all aspects of carpentry in domestic properties, including:
Door hanging
Skirting and architrave installation
Kitchen fitting and repairs
Stud wall construction and repairs
Undertake multi-trade duties such as:
Basic plastering
Tiling repairs
Basic plumbing tasks
Painting and decorating as needed
Ensure all works are completed to a high standard, meeting health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service to tenants, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
Accurately report work progress and any issues to the supervisor or site manager.
Maintain company-provided tools, vehicle, and fuel card responsibly.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Carpenter, ideally within social housing or domestic repairs.
Strong carpentry skills with competency in related trades (e.g., tiling, plastering, basic plumbing).
Valid UK driving license (essential).
NVQ/City & Guilds qualification in Carpentry (preferred but not essential).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
