EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
A group of independent day schools, offering education from nursery to senior levels is looking for an Executive Assistant to the Head Teacher for their West London location!
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing the Head’s diary, ensuring effective scheduling and conflict resolution, and keeping the Head updated on task progress
Handling correspondence proactively, prioritising urgent matters, drafting responses, and delegating tasks to appropriate staff
Performing general typing, correspondence distribution, and filing, while maintaining confidential reports for pupils, alumni, and staff
Supporting HR with drafting job descriptions, managing applications, scheduling interviews, and compiling references
Organising meetings for the Head, including preparing papers, tracking actions, arranging catering, and coordinating visitors
Arranging the Head’s travel, selecting suitable transport and accommodation, and handling bookings
Processing the Head’s expenses, preparing termly reports for governors, and managing invitations to key events
Taking minutes at SLT meetings, managing action items, and assisting the Head with speeches, reports, and presentations
Overseeing school events and projects per the Head’s guidance, collaborating with teams as needed
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
Background in the education industry preferred
