Key Skills & Attributes:

- Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to build relationships.

- Strong admin skills, particullary focused on Microsoft applications (Powerpoint, excel, sharepoint)

- Highly organized with an eye for detail.

- Service-driven with a creative and inspiring personality.

- Ability to discover and overcome objections and close sales effectively.

- Enthusiasm to become an expert in the full product range.

- Experience using a CRM system would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.

What your day will look like:

- CRM activity management, monitoring and updating

- Handling small customer enquiries including day to day email correspondence.

- Requesting & producing quotations, specification books & clarification documents.

- Liasing with suppliers, clients & project managers to deliver projects on time.

- Assisting your External Project manager with their project queue.

- Proactive Quote follow up calls

- General office support and involvement in team projects.

Salary & Benefits:

- A salary of £24,000 - £27,000 per annum (Depending on Experience) + Competitive Bonus.

- This is a full time office based role: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

- 34 Days Holiday (Incl. Bank Holidays & Your Birthday)
