OPERATIONS DIRECTOR - ELIZABETH FINN

Location: Hybrid (Travelling to 8 homes across England, home working, Head Office in London)

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum + non-contractual bonus up to 20% of salary

Benefits: £5,000 car allowance or company car, competitive pension, private medical and dental insurance, sector-leading family leave and sickness pay, death in service payment.

What the Role Entails
The Operations Director will play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational leadership of Elizabeth Finn Homes. Key responsibilities include:

Strategic and Clinical Leadership: Developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Operational Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure high standards of care and service delivery across all homes.
Commercial Performance: Managing budgets and driving improvements in key performance areas such as occupancy and customer service.
Quality and Compliance: Ensuring all homes meet or exceed regulatory and quality standards, and leading on safeguarding and risk management processes.
People Management: Leading and developing the clinical leadership team and management teams, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Stakeholder Engagement: Building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders, and acting as a key representative for the company.
Innovation and Improvement: Driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing innovative solutions to enhance care and operational efficiency.Our Values
