We have a Electrician vacancy, working for a well established property maintenance contractor on social housing properties across the Coventry and surrounding areas. This is a permanently employed position where a van and fuel card will be provided.

In return the successful Electrician will receive:

£35,000 + per annum

As the Electrician you will be responsible for:

Reactive maintenance on tenanted properties
Testing and inspecting
EICR's
Remedial work
The successful Electrician will have:

NVQ level 3 in Electrical installations
18th edition
2391
JIB gold card
Full UK driving license
