A fast-paced, creative commercial company based in Attleborough is offering a six-month contract for a junior or entry-level Marketing Assistant. Ideal for a graduate or someone early in their marketing journey, this role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media, and email campaigns.

You’ll be joining a growing business that values creative thinking and provides a unique environment to gain commercial experience in both digital and offline marketing projects.

Key responsibilities

Assist with the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns

Create and send email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor, or similar

*

Write and edit content for marketing emails, newsletters, website updates, and printed materials

*

Support with social media scheduling and content creation across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels

*

Help coordinate seasonal campaigns, promotions, and events

*

Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and email marketing dashboards

*

Keep marketing databases and CRM systems up to date

*

Conduct basic market and competitor research to support strategic decision-making

*

Provide day-to-day support to the wider marketing team

Skills and experience

*

Interest in marketing, communications, or digital content creation

*

Some experience in a marketing environment, such as internships, placements, or freelance projects

*

Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, Klaviyo, or similar)

*

Clear and confident writing skills with a good eye for detail

*

Working knowledge of major social media platforms

*

Ability to stay organised, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects

*

Comfortable with Microsoft Office and digital tools

Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment
