What are we looking for?

Motivated individuals who can develop great relationships with customers and communities
Someone with a relevant qualification, and experience of surveying domestic properties   
What does the job entail?

Carrying out surveys to assess the condition of domestic properties
Undertaking pre and post inspections of works
Utilising a knowledge of Health & Safety and Building Regulations to survey properties for damp and mould
Carrying out HHSRS assessments
Instructing contractors and project managing works from inception to completion
