Corporate Services Audit Manager - Oxfordshire - Up to £65,000 per year + Flexible working options & great benefits
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Services Audit Manager to join our client’s growing team in Oxfordshire. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality audit and accounts services, with a particular interest in the Not-For-Profit sector, this role offers the perfect platform for you to lead client engagements, manage a talented team, and contribute to the overall development of the practice. Role:
* Manage a portfolio of clients within the Corporate Services department, with a focus on Not-For-Profit (NFP) clients.
* Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of audit and accounts preparation services to clients.
* Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and provide high-quality service.
* Review and finalize audit files, accounts, and corporation tax work prepared by junior staff.
* Support the development of the team by providing training, feedback, and conducting appraisals.
* Identify business opportunities and assist partners with value-added projects, such as business planning and advisory services.
* Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and assist in progressing work to billing stages.
* Ensure compliance with deadlines for Companies House filings, group reporting, tax returns, and more.
* Liaise with partners and supervise staff to ensure work is planned, progressed, and delivered efficiently.

Skills/Experience:
* ACA or ACCA qualification (Essential).
* FCA or FCCA qualification (Desirable)
* 4+ years post-qualification experience in an audit practice environment (Essential).
* 3+ years of experience managing staff in a practice environment (Essential).
* In-depth knowledge of audit and accounts preparation, particularly in the NFP sector.
* Strong corporate tax knowledge and experience in managing audit teams.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and business development skills.
