Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a medical device company that is growing its team. Your role will involve overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects across the organisation, from new product development to operations and continuous improvement, as we strengthen our commercial presence. Your leadership, strategic guidance, and hands-on support will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Responsibilities

Deliver SME guidance to external and internal stakeholders
Manage and develop project schedule and plan of works
Monitor, report and prepare project budgets
Conflict resolution, problem solving and provide guidance
Manage relationships with external and internal customers
Monitor performance and suggest improvement
Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

Degree qualification, ideally within Scientific, Business or Engineering
6+ years as Project Manager or Senior Manager
Knowledge of ISO13485
Experience coordinating personnel and material resources
Experience dealing with stakeholders
Knowledge of Project Management software
History of problem solving within technical environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills
