Job Title: Site Engineer (Junior Level Candidates Welcome)

Venture Contracts are looking for an engineer to join a leading groundworks company known for delivering large-scale residential projects across the NHC region. With a strong pipeline of upcoming they are work, we are expanding their team and looking for a motivated Site Engineer to join us. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and junior-level candidates eager to advance their careers in groundworks.
Job Description: As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of residential groundworks projects, including plots, roads, and sewers across multiple sites. You will be involved in setting out, quality control, and conducting various surveys, while also utilizing CAD software for project planning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Setting Out: Accurately set out plots, roads, and sewers on 2-5 residential sites.
2. Quality Control: Ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
3. Surveys: Conduct EGL’s (Existing Ground Levels) and topographical surveys to guide project development.
4. CAD Modelling: Create detailed CAD models to assist in project planning and execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in a similar role within groundworks or civil engineering.
* Proficiency in CAD software and ability to create detailed models for project planning.
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
* Good problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
