£25,000 - £30,000 with attractive commission & bonus

We are seeking a motivated Property Valuer to join our client. The ideal candidate should have experience, ideally within the property industry, and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property valuations, and carrying out viewings as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads for property sales through various channels.

*

Conduct property valuations accurately and efficiently.

*

Carry out viewings with potential buyers when required.

*

Work alternate Saturdays.

*

Hold a valid driving license for property visits.

*

Receive bonus per solicitor referral and ££ ££ bonus per mortgage referral.

*

Maintain a professional phone manner at all times.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

*

Alternate Saturdays

*

20 days annual leave plus all bank holidays.
