Key Responsibilities for the Production Manager:

Production Planning & Control: Develop and maintain production schedules to meet demand forecasts and manage resource allocation to maximize productivity.

Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee materials procurement and inventory control, ensuring timely supply and smooth workflow from start to finish.

Team Management: Lead and mentor a small team of production staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Quality & Process Improvement: Implement quality control processes, identify areas for efficiency, and drive lean manufacturing initiatives.

Cost & Efficiency Management: Monitor budgets, manage costs, and identify ways to improve efficiency without compromising quality.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in production management, must be in electronics

Strong background in supply chain and production control

Leadership skills with experience managing a small team
