Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
* Maintain consistent excellence in cooking, plating, and quality control
* Lead by example in training, mentoring, and motivating the kitchen team
* Ensure all health & safety and food hygiene standards are met
* Assist with prep planning, stock control, and overall kitchen organisation
* Contribute to menu development and seasonal innovation
Candidate Profile:
* Must have experience in a Michelin-starred kitchen
* Strong technical cooking skills and exceptional attention to detail
* Proven leadership abilities in fast-paced, high-end environments
* Hands-on, proactive, and passionate about quality-driven food
* Calm under pressure, with a focus on consistency and team development
