Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing client relationships.

* Develop and maintain a network of candidates and clients.

* Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.

* Work closely with senior consultants to understand client needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

* Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.

Qualifications:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

* A proactive and positive attitude.

* No prior recruitment experience required, but a desire to learn and grow in the field is essential.

* Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory.
