A leadership role with real impact About the Role As a Senior Practitioner, you will:

Lead a nursery room, supporting and guiding staff
Create engaging learning experiences following EYFS guidelines
Build strong relationships with parents and external professionals
Oversee key areas such as SENCO, Health & Safety, or Parent Partnerships
Assist in the day-to-day running of the nursery, including staff supervision and safeguarding What You’ll Need
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience in an early years setting with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
A genuine passion for child development and outdoor learning
Leadership experience or the confidence to step into a managerial role
