Reception – Admin Assistant Required**
MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT DUE TO LOCATION
We're looking for a Reception Admin Assistant to work for our client.
Established in 2004, they are a commercial hospitality expert, for strategy, design, and implementation.
If you can demonstrate a great telephone manner, good computer skills and attention to detail then you could be perfect for our client and we'd love to see your CV.
And if you've only recently graduated and have limited work experience, please apply as we will consider your application.
Responsibilities:
Meeting and Greeting Visitors
Screening phone calls
Answering and forwarding calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and TV on
Order stationery
Maintain files
Keep HR records update
Prepare HR documents
To ensure that all workforce is update on e-learn training, first aid, forklift training.
Manage the external cleaner
Maintenance of company vehicles including servicing and daily checks
Health & Safety
To liaise with the external health and safety company to ensure the companies compliance.
Update any risk assessments, COSHH requirements and circulate to all.
To keep Health and Safety files up to date.
Carry out office and factory checks, to ensure that teams are compliant.
Experience
* You must have a professional telephone manner
* Be computer literate
* Well organised with good attention to detail
The Package:
Monday – Friday 9-5pm office based
Starting with 20 days plus bank holidays
Free parking
Great bonus paid out in December
Starting salary – From entry level upto £22,308
