Job Responsibility
AutoCAD
* Managing and implementing enhancements to our Autocad system
* Responsibility for producing all drawings from initial design to as built including prefabrication drawings.
* Developing marked up layouts into working AutoCAD drawings to enable installation of service on site
Administrative
* Administrative support to our estimating and contracting teams to provide assistance in take offs/ordering materials/issuing information
* To compile end of project documentation including record drawings and OMI’s for issue to clients.
Skills/Qualifications
* In depth knowledge of AutoCAD software
* In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Prior experience of working in a Building Services Environment
* The successful candidate will be expected to undertake paid Continual Professional Development in order to enhance skills
* A driving licence is essential. The successful candidate will have to undergo CRB Clearance
Additional skills
* Experience and qualifications in the use of Autodesk Revit would be an advantage
